Ingredients 

• 15 Medjool dates pitted
• 1 cup Brazilian nuts 
• 3 tablespoons raw cacao powder 
• 3 tablespoons coconut oil 
• grapes
• shredded coconut

In the food processor combine the first 4 ingredients and blended it until ground and sticky. Divide the dough into about 14 parts. Put one grape inside of each and shape it into a golf sized truffle. 
Sprinkle with shredded coconut. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let it chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days!
